4. Warranties

Except for any rights you have that can't be waived under Virginia law, our services and this website are provided without warranties or guarantees of any kind. Any specific commitments about a job are only those set out in the written service agreement we provide for that job.

5. Scheduling and access

Effective service depends on safe, reasonable access to the affected areas of the property, including crawlspaces, attics, and exterior points. Delays or added visits caused by lack of access may affect timing and cost. Please let us know in advance about pets, alarms, or hazards on site.

6. Payment

Payment is due as described in your service agreement. Fees for missed appointments or repeat visits, if any, will be disclosed to you in advance.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Norfolk Rodent Control is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Our services are provided under the separate service agreement, which governs any liability related to the work itself. This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
